At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at the offices of Begbies Traynor, 8a Carlton Crescent, Southampton, SO15 2EZ on 27 January 2015 the following resolutions were duly passed, as a Special resolution and an Ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Francis Gavin Savage and Julie Anne Palmer, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 8a Carlton Crescent, Southampton, Hampshire, SO15 2EZ, (IP Nos 009950 and 008835) be and hereby is appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done may be done by all or any one or more persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time.”
