THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice of a Variation Order made under Section 247 and 333 (7) of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (Yorkshire and Humberside) (No. 4) Order 2015” authorising the inclusion of a new footpath and highway and the realignment of the new cycle track (with right of way on foot), by the developer, under the original Order named, “THE STOPPING UP OF HIGHWAYS (YORKSHIRE AND HUMBERSIDE) (NO. 14) ORDER 2013”.

COPIES OF THE VARIATION ORDER MAY BE OBTAINED, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/Y&H/S247/1653) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at The Central Library, c/o The City Librarian, Surrey Street, Sheffield, S1 1XZ.

ANY PERSON aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 30 January 2015 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
