Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 22 December 2014, Dominic Paul Adams, Peter William Anderson, Rajendran Selvakumar Bartlett, Martin John Bowen, Adrian Dominic Brettell, David Andrew Calligan, Graeme Peter Carney, Nicholas James Carnell, Ralph Joseph Cohen, Paul John Diss, Jonathan Simon Djanolgy, Jonathan Blake, and Elaine Mavis Gibson-Bolton (the “Transferors”) transferred 100% of their interest in Plumtree Investment Fund - A 2000, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL3957 (the “Partnership”) to BGL Reads Trust Company (as Trustees of SJ Berwin & Co Employee Benefit Trust) (the “Transferee”). Upon such transfer, with effect from 22 December 2014, the Transferee became a limited partner in the Partnership in place of the Transferors and the Transferors ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership.
