NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 13 January 2015 the Scottish Ministers made the above named Harbour Revision Order (“the Order”) under Section 14 of the Harbours Act 1964 (“the 1964 Act”). The Order came into force on 14 January 2015.

A copy of the Order and the deposited plans relating thereto may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the offices of DWF LLP, Solicitors, Dalmore House, 310 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5QR.

Any person who desires to question the making of the Order on the ground that there was no power to make the Order or that a requirement of the 1964 Act was not complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order came into force, make an application for that purpose to the Court of Session.
