THE STOPPING UP OF FOOTPATH(GLASGOW CITY COUNCIL) (INGRAM STREET/HANOVER STREET) ORDER 2014

Glasgow City Council hereby gives notice that it has made an Order under Sections 207 and 208 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, authorising the stopping up of:—

PART OF INGRAM STREET/HANOVER STREET

A copy of the Order and relevant plan specifying the length of footpath to be stopped up may be inspected at Development and Regeneration Services, Development Management, 231 George Street, Glasgow G1 1RX by any person, free of charge, Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4pm (excluding public holidays), during a period of 28 days from the date of publication of this notice. Within that period any person may, by notice to Development and Regeneration Services, at the above address, object to the making of the Order. If no representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Order may be confirmed by the City Council as an unopposed Order.
