THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (North West) (No.01) Order 2015” authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped northern part-width of Amblecote Drive West at Little Hulton, in the City of Salford. This is to enable development as permitted by The Council of the City of Salford under references 12/61940/HYB AND 14/64884/REM.

COPIES OF THE ORDER MAY BE OBTAINED, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/NW/S247/1660) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at City West Housing Trust, Little Hulton Area Office, 19-25 Longshaw Drive, Little Hulton M28 0BA.

ANY PERSON aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 29 January 2015 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
