Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 16 June 2014, Chase Nominees Limited, a limited partner in the Residential Property Recovery Fund Limited Partnership LP013475, transferred 112 partnership participations to Luna Nominees Limited. Chase Nominees Limited is no longer a limited partner and Luna Nominees are a new limited partner holding 112 partnership participations.
