Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, on 19 December 2014, Vitruvian Jaycar SLP assigned to Vitruvian Scotcar II Limited Partnership the whole of its interest in VIP II A (SF) L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP015772, and that, with effect from 19 December 2014, Vitruvian Scotcar II Limited Partnership became a limited partner in the Partnership in place of Vitruvian Jaycar SLP.
