Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 13 January 2015 Allocation Europe II LLC, ACF III Tech (Delaware) LLC, Sumac Private Equity LLC, Omnium Private Equity LLC, Allocation Europe LLC and Access Capital III Tech (Delaware) LP transferred to Portfolio Advisors Secondary Aggregator II, L.P. all of their respective interests held in GMT Communications Partners III, L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England & Wales with registered number LP011269 and that with effect from 13 January 2015 Allocation Europe II LLC, ACF III Tech (Delaware) LLC, Sumac Private Equity LLC, Omnium Private Equity LLC, Allocation Europe LLC and Access Capital III Tech (Delaware) LP each ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and Portfolio Advisors Secondary Aggregator II, L.P became a limited partner in the Partnership.
