Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees of the Scheme intend to wind up the Scheme following a merger of the Scheme with the Origin UK Pension Scheme on 1 July 2014.

The Trustees believe they have identified everyone who previously had a right to benefits under the Scheme. If you believe you may be entitled to benefits from the Scheme and were not contacted by the Trustees in April 2014, please write to the Trustees c/o Alison Griffin at Barnett Waddingham LLP, St James’s House, St James’s Square, Cheltenham GL50 3PR giving your full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and either details of when you were a member of the Scheme or details of the basis of your claim.

Your claim must arrive on or before 26 March 2015. Claims received after this date will be excluded from benefits under the Scheme and the Trustees will wind up the Scheme without regard to the claims of any beneficiary of whom it has not had notice.
