Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the Partnership will be held at Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor Lyndean House, 43-46 Queens Road, Brighton, BN1 3XB on 12 February 2015 at 10:15 am for the purposes of receiving the member’s Statement of Affairs, appointing a Liquidator and if the creditors think fit, appointing a Liquidation Committee. Resolutions at the creditors’ meeting may also be passed in regard to the liquidator’s remuneration and their costs for preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the meeting. A list of names and addresses of the Partnership’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor Lyndean House, 43-46 Queens Road, Brighton, BN1 3XB between 10:00am and 4:00pm on the two business days prior to the meeting.
