1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to;

a) Convert the shared use bays on the southern section of Goodchild Road to permit holder only bays.

b) Convert the resident permit bays outside; side 1 Osborn Close, 49-61 and 63 Pownall Road to general permit bays.

c) Remove a section of resident permit outside no. 25 Queen Elizabeth Walk and replace with double yellow lines.

d) Convert the resident permit bay to shared use bay 4 hour maxium stay outside the back of 50-73 Hemsworth Court on Hemsworth Street.

e) Convert the resident permit bay opposite Walbrook Court and outside the Hall on Hemsworth Street to a shared use bay 4 hour maximum stay.

3. Plans of the proposed measures can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until a period of 21 days from the date, on which this notice is published, in the reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Keltan House, 89-115 Mare Street, London, E8 4RU. 4. Any objections or other representations about either of the Orders should be sent in writing to the Assistant Director (Public Realm) at the address specified in paragraph 3 above until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
