THE HAVERING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT AREA) (NO. 1) (AMENDMENT NO. **) ORDER 201*

  • 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering, hereinafter called the Council, propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
  • 2 The general effect of the Waiting & Loading Restriction Order would be to:-
    • a impose waiting restrictions operative at any time and loading restrictions operative between 8.30 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive, on the lengths of street specified in Schedule 1A to this Notice;
    • b impose waiting restrictions operative at any time on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 1B to this Notice.
  • 3 A copy of the proposed Order, of the Order being amended, together with the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order and plans showing the locations and effects of the Order can be inspected until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order is made or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at Traffic & Parking Control, StreetCare, Mercury House, Mercury Gardens, Romford, Essex RM1 3SL.
  • 4 Any person desiring to object to the proposals or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection or representations and the grounds thereof to the Group Manager, Traffic & Parking Control, StreetCare, Town Hall, Main Road, Romford, Essex, RM1 3BB, quoting reference LBH/774 to arrive by 13 February 2015.

Atlanta Boulevard, the southernmost east to west arm, both sides, for its entire length.

SCHEDULE 1B

South Street
  • a both sides, between a point 15 metres north of the northern kerb-line of Victoria Road and a point 11 metres south of the southern kerb-line of Victoria Road;
  • b the arm fronting Nos. 132 to 142 South Street, both sides, between the northern kerb-line of Atlanta Boulevard and a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 144 and 146/148 South Street.
Victoria Road
  • a the north-west side, between the eastern kerb-line of South Street and a point 1.5 metres north-east of the common boundary of Nos. 6 and 7 Station Chambers, Victoria Road;
  • b the south-east side, between the eastern kerb-line of South Street and the south-western boundary of No. 14 Victoria Road.
