Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 14 January 2015, Kolholmen Investment AB transferred to Opulentia Holdings Ltd, 100% of the interest held by it in EQT Opportunity (No.1) Limited Partnership being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP010952 (the “Partnership”), and consequently on that date Opulentia Holdings Ltd became a limited partner in the Partnership and Kolholmen Investment AB ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
