WHEREAS MORAY HOMES LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC073936 was dissolved on 17 January 1990; AND WHEREAS in terms of section 654 of the Companies Act 1985 all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said MORAY HOMES LIMITED was heritably vest in parts and portions of ALL and WHOLE (1) ALL and WHOLE the subjects extending to 1.243 hectares or thereby lying to the west of Dundee Road, Barnhill, Perth being the subjects more particularly described in, disponed by and shown delineated and coloured pink on the plan annexed to the Disposition by Thomas Mitchell Homes Limited in favour of the said Moray Homes Limited recorded in the Division of the General Register of Sasines for the County of Perth on 10 August 1984, and (2) ALL and WHOLE the subjects extending to 0.2694 hectares or thereby also lying to the west of Dundee Road, Barnhill, Perth being the subjects more particularly described in, disponed by and shown delineated and coloured pink on the plan annexed to the Disposition by Thomas Mitchell Homes Limited in favour of the said Moray Homes Limited recorded in the Division of the General Register of Sasines for the County of Perth on 19 October 1984; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said Moray Homes Limited came to my notice on 28 April 2014: Now THEREFORE I, CATHERINE PATRICIA DYER, the Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the aforesaid heritable property.
