THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2011

WIND FARM DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS CULACHY WIND FARM CONSISTING OF THIRTEEN, THREE BLADED, HORIZONTAL AXIS WIND TURBINES, TWELVE OF THESE WITH A MAXIMUM BLADE TIP HEIGHT OF 149.5M ONE OF THESE WITH A MAXIMUM BLADE TIP HEIGHT OF 132M, RATED AT UP TO 3.4 MW EACH; AND ASSOCIATED ANCILLARY WORKS AND ENGINEERING OPERATIONS AT CULACHY ESTATE, INVERGARRY

The Council has received an Environmental Statement submitted in support of the planning application by RES Ltd for the Culachy Wind Farm as described above and located at Culachy Estate, Invergarry (14/04782/FUL).

The application and the accompanying Environmental Statement are available for public inspection between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday at the following locations —

1. Planning and Development Service, Council Offices, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness

2. Planning and Development Service, Kintail House, Beechwood Business Park, Inverness

3. Fort Augustus Service Point, Memorial Hall, Fort Augustus, PH32 4DJ

They can also be accessed online at http://wam.highland.gov.uk/wam/ (search using the application number 14/04782/FUL).

Printed copies of the Environmental Statement can be purchased from Lisa Miller, RES Ltd, 3rd Floor, STV, Pacific Quay, Glasgow, G51 1PQ, 0141 4045588 at a cost of £350. The Non-Technical Summary can be obtained free of charge and a CD at a cost of £15.

The deadline for receipt of comments is 16 FEBRUARY 2015.
