TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (South West) (No.02) Order 2015” authorising the stopping up of a western part-width of Redcliff Street, comprising footway, at Bristol in the City of Bristol. This is to enable development as permitted by Bristol City Council under reference 14/01368/F.

COPIES OF THE ORDER MAY BE OBTAINED, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SW/S247/1520) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at Bristol City Council, City Hall (formerly the Council House), College Green, Bristol BS1 5TR.

ANY PERSON aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 15 January 2015 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
