Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that I, Mark Beesley (IP No 8739), the Liquidator of the above named company, intend declaring a First and Final Dividend for Creditors (All Claims) within two months of the last date of proving which is 9 February 2015.
