Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 1 January 2015, Lord Baltimore Capital Corporation transferred all of its capital contribution in UNION Real Estate LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP015597, to Lord Baltimore Holdings, Inc. and with effect from such date Lord Baltimore Capital Corporation ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and Lord Baltimore Holdings, Inc. was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
