Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 31 December 2014, Liberty Mutual Investment Advisors LLC transferred their 100% interest in Doughty Hanson & Co V LP No. 2 being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP011713 (the “Partnership”) to HV Hawk LLC, and on that date HV Hawk LLC was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Liberty Mutual Investment Advisors LLC ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
