Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 31 December 2014 Kirkon Keskusrahasto (Central Church Fund of Finland) (“CCFF”) transferred to CCF PE II LP all of the interest held by it in the Partnership (represented by a Capital Contribution of €50) and that with effect from 31 December 2014 CCFF ceased to be a limited partner and CCF PE II LP became a limited partner in the Partnership.
