The Welsh Ministers give notice that they have determined that the A494(T) Bryn Coed Ifor, Containment Improvement scheme, located on the A494 Trunk Road approximately 7km to the north east of Dolgellau in the County of Gwynedd (Grid Ref: SH 79389 20872 to SH 79564 21118), which includes upgrading containment safety barrier of a 310m section of the A494 to a masonry containment wall, which is a relevant project within the meaning of Section 105A (1) of the Highways Act 1980 (as amended), is not to be made subject to Environmental Impact Assessment in accordance with Part VA of the Highways Act 1980 (as amended) and EC Directive 2011/92/EU.

Any comments about this notice should be sent to the Welsh Government at the address given below. Any comments should be made as soon as possible and received by the Welsh Government by 5 p.m. on 19 February 2015.
