The Queen has been pleased by Royal Warrant under Her Royal Sign Manual dated 6 January 2015 to appoint His Honour Judge Nicholas Richard Maybury Hilliard, Q.C., to exercise as Recorder of the City of London all such judicial functions as have heretofore been exercised by Recorders of the said City.
