LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 31 December 2014, Purdue University transferred 100% of its limited partner interest in CCP IX LP No.1, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP013152 (the “Partnership”), to Purdue Research Foundation, and consequently on that date Purdue Research Foundation was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership and Purdue University ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
