NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in pursuance of Section 214 of the Companies Act, 1931, at the Extraordinary General Meetings held on 10thDecember 2014 of the Members of the above named companies, a Special Resolution was passed to voluntarily wind up the companies, and to appoint Ian Andrew Cook, of 18 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 IJA as the liquidator for the purposes of such windings up.

Further to the above NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the creditors of the above named companies which are being voluntarily wound up are required on or before the 12 January 2015, being the day for that purpose fixed by the undersigned Liquidator of the said Companies, to send their names and addresses with particulars of their debts and claims and the names and addresses of their Advocates, if any, to the undersigned Ian Andrew Cook of 18 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JA, the Liquidator of the said Companies, and if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator either personally or by their Advocates, to come in and prove their said debtors or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before such debts are proved.

Also, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in pursuance of Section 224 of the Companies Act, 1931, a General Meeting of the Members of the above named companies will be held at 18Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JA on the 26 January 2015 at 10am and 10.15am, respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the windings up has been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Companies and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.
