The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The General Dental Services (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014”, (S.R. 2014 No. 319), which comes into operation on 12th January 2014.

This Rule amends the Health and Personal Social Services General Dental Services Regulations (Northern Ireland)1993 to allow for the transfer of patients at the end of a pilot Personal Dental Services scheme into general dental services continuing care arrangements or capitation arrangements.
