Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, UPF Carry & Investments Limited transferred 100% of its interests to MTI4 General Partner Limited, as a new Limited Partner, whereupon MTI4 General Partner Limited was admitted as a Limited Partner in the MTI UPF General Partner Scottish Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL006432.
