On 19 December 2014 the Company was placed into insolvent liquidation

I, Kelechi Anthony Ekeocha of 10 Corona Road, Lee, London SE12 9NN was a director of the Company during the twelve months ending with the day before it went into liquidation.

I give notice that it is my intention to act in one or more ways specified in section 216 (3) of the Insolvency Act by carrying on the business of London Security Guards (UK) Limited under a new company named London Security Services (UK) Limited (company no. 09317912) or a company using London Security in its title.
