STATEMENT BY GENERAL PARTNERS
The Saturn Maritime Limited Partnership

the “Partnership”.Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that on 17 December 2014:
(a) SG Leasing (December) Limited, a company incorporated in and governed by the laws of England & Wales and having its registered offices at c/o Group Legal, SG House, 41 Tower Hill, EC3N 4SG, assigned that part of its partnership interest in the Partnership representing 97.449% of all partnership interests in the Partnership to SG Leasing (USD) Limited, a company incorporated in and governed by the laws of England & Wales and having its registered offices at c/o Group Legal, SG House, 41 Tower Hill, EC3N 4SG;
(b) SG Leasing (USD) Limited, a company incorporated in and governed by the laws of England & Wales and having its registered offices at c/o Group Legal, SG House, 41 Tower Hill, EC3N 4SG ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and became a general partner in the Partnership; and
(c) SG Leasing (December) Limited, a company incorporated in and governed by the laws of England & Wales and having its registered offices at c/o Group Legal, SG House, 41 Tower Hill, EC3N 4SG ceased to be a general partner in the Partnership and became a limited partner in the Partnership.
The partners are now (i) SG Leasing (USD) Limited, TH Structured Asset Finance Limited and SG Leasing IX as general partners and (ii) SG Leasing (December) Limited and TH Leasing (June) Limited as limited partners.
