The Queen has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 11 December 2014 to confer the dignity of a Barony of the United Kingdom for life upon Sir Robert James Rogers, K.C.B., by the name, style and title of BARON LISVANE, of Blakemere in the County of Herefordshire and of Lisvane in the City and County of Cardiff.
