Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 314 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of creditors of the above has been summoned by me, Joanne Wright of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 340 Deansgate, Manchester M3 4LY (IP No 009236) and Andrew David Haslam of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Collingwood Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 1JF (IP No 009551), appointed as Joint Trustees in Bankruptcy of the above on 30 October 2013. The purpose of the meeting is to determine the basis for the Joint Trustees’ remuneration and expenses. The following resolutions are proposed in this respect:

The Joint Trustees’ remuneration be fixed under R6.138 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 by reference to the time properly given by the Joint Trustees (as Joint Trustees) and the various grades of their staff calculated at the prevailing hourly charge out rates of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP for attending to matters arising in the Bankruptcy.

The Joint Trustees be authorised to draw disbursements, including disbursements for services provided by their firm (defined as Category 2 disbursements in Statement of Insolvency Practice 9), in accordance with their firm’s policy.

The meeting will be held at my offices (as stated above) at 10.00 am, on 12 December 2014. Proxy forms (together with completed proof of debt forms for creditors who have not already lodged a proof) must be lodged with me at the above address by 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting to entitle creditors to vote by proxy at the meeting.
