Notice is hereby given that Anglian Water Services Limited (registered office: Lancaster House, Lancaster Way, Ermine Business Park, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, PE29 6YJ) intends, after the expiry of the period mentioned below, to apply to DEFRA for the above byelaws, to be confirmed under section 157 of the Water Industry Act 1991, for preventing damage and in the interest of public safety on water parks in its area.

A copy of the proposed byelaws is available for inspection free of charge:

• on our website at www.anglianwater.co.uk/byelaws ;

• at the visitor centres at our main reservoirs (Rutland, Grafham, Pitsford, Ravensthorpe, Alton and Taverham) during the usual opening hours for 1 month from and after the date of the publication of this notice;

• at our offices at Lancaster Way, Ermine Business Park, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, PE29 6YJ, and 3 Lancaster Road, Hartlepool TS24 8LW.

A copy of the byelaws will also be supplied, free of charge, on request on application to the Company Secretary, Lancaster House (address above), or fishing@anglianwater.co.uk
