THE ELECTRONIC DATA SYSTEMS INVESTMENT PLAN (THE “PLAN”)

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustee of the Plan is winding-up the Plan. The Plan was formerly called the EDS Scicon Investment Plan.

Any employee or former employee of any of the following companies who believes that he or she was a member of the Plan is requested to write to EDS Pensions Administration (contact details below) to make a claim within two months of the date of this notice:

HP Enterprise Services UK Limited (company number 00053419), formerly known as Electronic Data Systems Limited and EDS Scicon Limited

AT Kearney Limited (company number 00944763)

EDS UK Limited (company number 01642767), formerly known as SD-Scicon Limited

Unigraphics Solutions Limited (company number 03476850), this Company’s name has changed since it was an employer in the Plan

EDS Europe (company number 03135020)

Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth and details of when they worked for the employer named above. If any other person believes they have a claim against or an interest in the Plan, they are requested to write to the same address setting out full particulars of the claim within two months of the date of this notice. Please quote the Plan name in all correspondence. The contact details are:

After this date, the Trustee will proceed to complete the winding-up of the Plan and secure benefits for any remaining beneficiaries, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice. The Trustee shall not be liable to any person of whose claims and demands they have not had notice.

Any person who has already been contacted by the Trustee at their current address or has already made a claim and received a response need not re-apply to the Trustee.
