“That the company be wound up voluntarily.”
The following Ordinary Resolution was duly passed by the meeting:-
“That Simon Blakey and Martin Daley of Robson Laidler LLP, Fernwood House, Fernwood Road, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 1TJ, be, and are hereby, appointed joint liquidators of the company for the purpose of the winding-up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally”.
