(a) extend the hours of control at the residents’ parking places in those roads in controlled parking Zones B and C identified in the Schedule to this Notice;

The parking places would operate between 8:30 a.m. and midnight on the August Bank Holiday (the last Monday in August) and the immediately preceding Saturday and Sunday; and

(b) impose “at any time” waiting restrictions in Harrow Road (between Kilburn Lane/Ladbroke Grove and Chippenham Road) on the August Bank Holiday and the immediately preceding Sunday.
