Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company, whose registered office is at Lake House, Market Hill, Royston, Hertfordshire, SG8 9JN and whose trading address is at Pall Mall Deposit, 124-128 Barlby Road, London, W10 6BL will be held at The Old Brewhouse, 49-51 Brewhouse Hill, Wheathampstead, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL4 8AN on 29 July 2014 at 11:00 am. A full statement of the position of the company’s affairs, together with a list of the creditors of the company and the estimated amount of their claims will be laid before creditors and for the purpose, if thought fit, of nominating a liquidator and of appointing a liquidation committee. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the company at The Old Brewhouse, 49-51 Brewhouse Hill, Wheathampstead, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL4 8AN not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting.

Proxies received by fax by that time will be accepted.
