Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that Pearl Holding Limited has transferred its entire interest in Partners Group Access 378 L.P. a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL8715 (the “Partnership” ), to Pearl Subholding Limited. Consequently, Pearl Subholding Limited has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Pearl Holding Limited has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
