In the Matter of THE WEST READING SOCIAL CLUB (AN UNINCORPORATED ASSOCIATION)

A Petition to wind up the above named unincorporated association West Reading Social Club, presented on 9 May 2014 by Michael Baker, David Colman, Richard Whitley and John McGee the current trustees of The West Reading Social Club will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL.

Date: At a date in the three day window from 29 July 2014 to 31 July 2014 with a time estimate of two hours.

Time: Those wishing to attend or be represented should contact the Chancery Listing Office of the Royal Courts of Justice Group (02079 476690/7717) at approximately 2pm on the day before the commencement of the above window to find out where and when the hearing will take place. Alternatively the information can be found on the Justice website http//www.justice.gov.uk option courts, daily court lists.

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitor. Such notice shall specify:

a) The name and address of the person giving it and any telephone number and reference which may be required for communication with him or any other person to be also specified in the notice authorised to speak or act on his behalf;

b) Whether his intention is to support or oppose the Petition; and

c) The amount and nature of any debt alleged due to that person from West Reading Social Club.

The notice shall be sent so as to reach the addresses not later than 4pm on the business day and before the date set for the hearing (see above). Any person failing to comply with the above requirements may appear on the hearing of the Petition only with the permission of the Court.
