Pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that on 4 July 2014 (the “Effective Date”) Midlands Co-op Pension Trustee Limited transferred its whole interest as a limited partner in Midlands Co-op Scottish Limited Partnership together with all associated rights, duties and obligations arising therefrom (the “Transferred Interest”) to Central England Co-op Pension Trustee Limited (the “Transferee”) and that with effect from the Effective Date the Transferee assumed all the rights and obligations in the Transferred Interest.
