Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 314 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above has been summoned by me Steven Williams of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 1 Winckley Court, Chapel Street, Preston, PR1 8BU (IP No 008887) appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy of the above on 24 June 2013. The purpose of the meeting is fixing the basis of the Trustee’s remuneration. The meeting will be held at my offices 1 Winckley Court, Chapel Street, Preston, PR1 8BU on 11 July 2014, at 10.30 am . Proxy forms (together with completed proof of debt forms for creditors who have not already lodged a proof) must be lodged with me at the above address by 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting to entitle creditors to vote by proxy at the meeting.
