Tei Lewis Luk (also known as Lewis Tei Luk) and Suk Ting NG (also known as Canny Luk) of Hong Kong, acquired the rights of Quiet Enjoyment to the (Restored to use) Lordship Title of Allington, Dorset on the 9th December 2013.

Barry Albert Stafford Wheatcroft and Sandra Wheatcroft of Essex, England, acquired the rights of Quiet Enjoyment to the (Restored to use) Overlordship Title of Rushbury, Shropshire on the 26th January 2014.

Colin Michael Huggett and Abigail Louise Baxter-Huggett of Hertfordshire, England, acquired the rights of Quiet Enjoyment to the (Restored to use) Lordship Title of Sheering Hall, Essex on the 17th February 2014.

Adam James Lane and Julia Denise Lane of Daventry, England, acquired the rights of Quiet Enjoyment to the (Restored to use) Lordship Title of Chalfont, Buckinghamshire on the 20th February 2014.

Guy Emmanuel Daniel Goldstein also known as Father Jean-Joseph of Belgium, acquired the rights of Quiet Enjoyment to the (Restored to use) Lordship Title of Lathbury, Buckinghamshire on the 31st March 2014.

Ralf Dieter Montag Girmes of Germany acquired the rights of Quiet Enjoyment to the (Restored to use) Lordship Title of Grimes, Norfolk on the 22md April 2014.
