1. “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily”.

2. “That C H I Moore be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up”.

C H I Moore (IP number 8156) of K. J. Watkin & Co, Emerald House, 20-22 Anchor, Road, Aldridge, Walsall WS9 8PH was appointed Liquidator of the Company on 28 March 2014 by the Members.
