“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that any appointed Liquidator be authorised to distribute all or part of the Company’s property in specie and that Bernard Hoffman MIPA FABRP, of Gerald Edelman Chartered Accountants, Edelman House, 1238 High Road, Whetstone, London, N20 0LH, (IP No. 1593) be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.”
