THE EALING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO. 562) ORDER 2013

THE EALING (PROHIBITION OF STOPPING OUTSIDE SCHOOLS) (AMENDMENT NO. 36) TRAFFIC ORDER 2013

• 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Ealing (“the Council”) on the 20th June 2013 made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
• 2 The general effect of the Waiting Restriction Order will be to impose at any time waiting restrictions on the south-west side of Helena Road and south-east side of Mount Avenue as specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
• 3 The general effect of the Prohibition of Stopping outside Schools Order will be
  • a provide a school keep clear marking outside the entrance to the Montpelier Primary School in Mount Avenue. This will prohibit stopping by vehicles between 8.00 am and 9.30 am and between 3pm and 4.30pm on Mondays to Fridays; and
  • b relocate the existing school keep clear marking in Helena Road southwards.
• 4 The Orders, which will come into operation on 23rd June 2013, other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, are available for inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until the 1st August 2013.
• 5 If any person wishes to question the validity of either of the Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under that Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
