Elmbridge Supplies Company

Notice is hereby given that the Partnership formerly subsisting between David Freeman (1), Jonathan David Freeman (deceased) (2) and Peter Stephen Freeman (3), carrying on a business known as Elmbridge Supplies Company, trading at Unit 20 Spinnaker Road, Hempsted, Gloucester GL2 5FD (“the Gloucester Premises”) and Unit 6, Beacon Road, Rotherwas Industrial Estate, Hereford HR2 6JF (“the Hereford Premises”) was dissolved by mutual consent with effect from 1 January 2011.

From 1 January 2011 David Freeman (1) and Peter Stephen Freeman (2) continued in partnership trading from the Hereford Premises under the name Elmbridge Supplies Company Hereford (“the Hereford Partnership”).

From 1 January 2011 David Freeman (1), Barrie Freeman as Executor for Jonathan David Freeman (deceased) (2) and Rory Freeman as Executor for Jonathan David Freeman (deceased) (3) continued in partnership trading from the Gloucester Premises under the name Elmbridge Supplies Company Gloucester (“the Gloucester Partnership”).

With effect from 1 January 2012, the business and assets of the Hereford Partnership were transferred to ESC Corporation Ltd and the Hereford Partnership was dissolved by mutual consent.

With effect from 1 January 2012, the business and assets of the Gloucester Partnership were transferred to Elmbridge Supplies Company UK Ltd and the Gloucester Partnership was dissolved by mutual consent.
