Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors has been summoned by the joint trustees under section 314(7) of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of receiving the report of the joint trustees of the administration of the bankrupt’s estate and fixing the remuneration of the joint trustees.
The meeting will be held at 10.30am on 28 February 2011 at the offices of KPMG LLP, 4 Lakeside, Festival Park, Stoke on Trent, ST1 5RY.
Proxy forms must be lodged with me (together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one) not later than 12.00 noon on 25 February 2011 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting. Proxy and proof of debt forms are available from the above address upon request.
