CHILDREN’S INFORMATION SERVICE FOR BRISTOL (BRISTOL CIS)

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a final meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Benedict Mackenzie LLP, CityPoint, Temple Gate, Bristol, BS1 6PL on 7 April 2010 at 11.00am for the purpose of having an account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.

A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. Proxy forms must be lodged with the Liquidator at his office at Benedict Mackenzie LLP, CityPoint, Temple Gate, Bristol, BS1 6PL no later than 12.00 noon on 6 April 2010.
