MURPHIA PICTURES LIMITED (IN COMPULSORY LIQUIDATION)

Notice is hereby given that a Final Meeting of the Creditors of Murphia Pictures Limited will be held at the offices of Mercer & Hole, 76 Shoe Lane, London, EC4A 3JB on Thursday 17 December 2009 at 3.00 pm for the purpose of receiving the Joint Liquidator’s report of the winding up, pursuant to Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and determining whether or not the Liquidator should have his release. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the Joint Liquidators not later than 4.00 pm on the business day before the meeting.
