Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that final meetings of the members of the above named Companies will be held at the offices of Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP, 1st Floor, 5 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AF on 5 November 2009 at 10.20, 10.25, 10.30, 10.35, 10.40 and 10.45 am respectively, for the purpose of receiving accounts showing the manner in which each winding up has been conducted and granting the Joint Liquidators their release and discharge form office.
