Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 106 of The Insolvency Act 1986 that a Final General Meeting of the above-named company will be held at First Floor, 89 King Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 1BG on 12th May 2009 at 11.00 am followed by a final meeting of the creditors at 11.15 am for the purposes of having an account laid before them, and to receive the Joint Liquidators’ report showing how the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators.

Any member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. Such proxy need not be a member or creditor of the company. Proxies to be used at the meetings must be lodged with the Joint Liquidators at First Floor, 89 King Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 1BG no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the Meetings.
